Partnerships strengthened during medical exchange
A U.S. Air Force 353rd Special Operations Group flight surgeon observes Royal Australian Air Force nurses and doctors access patients following the ambulatory transfer from the field to the Role 2 medical facility July 18, 2017 at Camp Rocky in Rockhampton, Australia. Australian medical personnel applied the knowledge learned during the Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) course to understand why particular treatments were performed in the field, thereby enhancing the speed and effectiveness of their care during the mass casualty scenario.
