What is your favorite part about your job? My favorite part of my job is that it enabled me to learn about countries all over the world, and has even given me the opportunity to visit some.

Career/Personal goals: I plan on finishing my CCAF within the next few months.

What is most important to you? My family and very few close friends are the most important thing to me.

What makes SrA Doty the Batcat Spotlight? Airman Doty is responsible for providing all-source intelligence to the squadron commander, operators, and staff; he creates full mission profile scenarios for real world training which ensures operators become qualified or upgraded. In addition, Airman Doty serves as our primary ITAMS custodian whereby he controls and manages a $108K equipment inventory. He is also a primary ISOPREP monitor who accounts for over 90 members in the squadron. Finally, Airman Doty is consistently looking for ways to improve and streamline our processes and procedures; he is widely considered one of our “go to” analysts and is a subject matter expert for multiple facets. Airman Doty is very dependable, and the work he does on a daily basis significantly contributes to the success of our organization. It has been my pleasure to work with him, and I look forward to seeing the positive impacts he makes on the future.
