BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Staff Sgt. Travis Dalton, a combat controller with the 320th Special Tactics Squadron, shakes hands with Col. David Buldoc, Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan commander, after receiving the Purple Heart at Craig Joint Theater Hospital here May 10.
