KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- The 17th Special Operations Squadron's MC-130P Combat Shadow Tail # 65-0992 sits on the ramp at Kadena Air Base July 23, 2009. Tail # 65-0992 has been assigned to the 17th SOS since its activation at Kadena Aug. 1, 1989.
