CLARK AIR BASE, Philippines -- Tech. Sgt. Sixto Vargas, a 353rd Operations Support Squadron independent duty medical technician, watches a member of the Philippine Air Force insert a needle into a dummy for a needle chest decompression during a tactical combat casualty care class here June 19. Three independent duty medical technicians from the 353rd OSS conducted two tactical combat casualty care classes with multiple PAF units during Teak Piston 09-2, a training exchange designed to enhance U.S and Philippine military training, capabilities and increase interoperability.
