1st SOS, 353rd SOMXS work together to execute formation flight

A U.S. Air Force MC-130H Combat Talon II from the 1st Special Operations Squadron takes off from the Kadena Air Base, Japan, flightline May 14, 2015. The 1st Special Operations Squadron operates the MC-130H providing infiltration, exfiltration, and resupply of special operations forces and equipment in hostile or denied territory. The 1st Special Operations Squadron is one of five squadrons that make up the 353rd Special Operations Group. As the only Air Force special operations group in the Pacific, they are the focal point for Air Force special operations activities throughout the United States Pacific Command Theater.
