What is your favorite part about your job? The best part of my job is making an impact to our younger generation along with solving complex problems.

What are you career/personal goals?  My goals are to make a mission impact within AFSOC, help sustain/build success Airmen with critical thinking skills, Maintenance Group Commander towards end of military service.

What is most important to you? My family, raising happy kids, and enjoying what the Air Force has to offer is most important to me.

How does this person contribute to the 353 SOG mission?
Capt Sepassi coordinates the activities for over 300 personnel, in 22 Air Force Specialty codes in order to maintain the only Special Ops aircraft in Pacific region. He serves to ensure regional OPLANs and national mission response timelines are executable should the need arise. Lastly he assists
the oversight of over 4K Flying Hours and 800 sorties for MC-130H Combat Talon II and MC-130J Commando II fleets.
