1st SOS performs Stray 59 memorial flight
Capt. Scott Welshinger, 1st Special Operations Squadron, speaks about the purpose of the Stray 59 memorial flight before leaving Kadena Air Base, Japan on Feb. 26, 2016. Stray 59 was a 1st SOS MC-130E Combat Talon I special operations aircraft that went down in 1981 over Subic Bay, Philippines, during a training mission.
